You don't need to. The first visit is a conversation — what you want changed, what's bothering you, what you'd want a smile to do. From there we build a plan that may pull from one service or several. Many cosmetic patients also want their general care under the same roof, and that's by design.

An initial cosmetic or implant consultation with Dr. Richardson is complimentary. If imaging is needed for an accurate plan, we'll let you know up front. New-patient general exams are billed to your insurance where applicable, with a clear out-of-pocket estimate before the visit.

Yes — both. We accept most major dental insurance and offer third-party financing for cosmetic and implant work. For uninsured patients we run an in-house Vivid Smiles Membership Plan that covers preventive visits and discounts treatment. A patient coordinator walks through the numbers before any plan is locked in.

Roughly a third of our cosmetic and full-arch caseload comes from out of state. We coordinate scans and planning ahead of arrival, schedule treatment in compressed visits, and partner with a local hotel for stays. It depends on the service. Whitening can be one visit. Veneers are usually two to three visits over four to six weeks. A single-tooth implant takes a few months end to end (most of which is healing, not chair time). All-on-4 cases place fixed teeth in a single day. We give you an honest timeline at the planning stage.
