This was my initial visit to Vivid Smiles. They performed a 3-D scan and implant consultation. Everyone from the front desk to the dental technicians to Dr. Richardson were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel very confident moving forward with my implant procedure at this office.

I needed a couple of implants and procrastinated from getting it done because of nerves. Dr. Richardson and staff were fantastic! They did so much to put me at ease, were very efficient, and have all the technology to quickly and easily complete the work. I have always felt comfortable and they were also quick and comforting from diagnosis to treatment! Nothing but praise to share regarding Vivid Smiles!

They have all the modern means and were able to get my cap and filling replaced. I walked out done. The office staff and doctor were friendly and very professional. I had my wisdom tooth removed here and I honestly couldn't believe how easy it was. The entire team was super kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The procedure was so quick and the pain was almost unnoticeable. I was expecting the worst, but they made it the best experience possible. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and have had quite a few bad experiences in the past. The team at Vivid Smiles is so compassionate and understanding. They never make me feel rushed or judged, and they always explain exactly what they're doing before they do it. Dr. Richardson and his entire staff have made me feel genuinely comfortable and safe. I really appreciate the treatment I received from Dr. Bryce Richardson today. Dr. Richardson needed to redo a filling but wasn't sure if it would need a crown or not. His honesty allowed me to be comfortable with all aspects and know the financial possibility. I was very happy when he decided that a filling was an appropriate treatment for the tooth and didn't do a crown just to make more money. I appreciated it!

I don't write reviews, but my experience was beyond exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone was nice without being phony, and there was absolutely no judgment. State-of-the-art equipment, a very thorough and informative exam, and the doctor walked me through my X-rays and discussed my dental health and options in detail. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

This office is phenomenal! We have been very frustrated with recommendations from a couple of dentists in Parker because the recommendations did not make sense based on 30+ years of seeing a dentist. Dr. Richardson got me in for an emergency and really took the time to explain the issue and options. We are so relieved to have found him and will be bringing all of our family here going forward.

Great dental experience! Dr. Richardson and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I've had lots of dental work done in my lifetime, and the thoroughness with which my dental health was evaluated was excellent. I didn't feel like they were just trying to find more work to do. Very refreshing! As an added bonus, Birdie the office dog is adorable!

No pain implant! If I could give 100 stars I would! I had my procedure yesterday with Dr. Richardson. The injections were painless and even today I'm not sore. My implant was placed with a robot, which was super cool! I had to have a sinus lift prior and had no bruising or swelling from that either. The whole staff is wonderful, very professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Richardson is amazing!

Dr. Richardson is just the best! I had just traveled 13 hours in a car with a toothache. When I got to Parker, I called around and Dr. Richardson fit me in the same day. He fixed the issue and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip! Very professional and friendly, highly recommend!
